准备食材:
榨菜半个、里脊肉100g、泡发黑木耳1把、美人椒2个、蚝油半勺、食用油适量、生抽1勺、淀粉少许、胡椒粉少许
制作方法:
1、准备好所需的食材,分别清洗干净备用;

2、榨菜切片后放清水中浸泡10分钟左右,榨菜咸味较重,用清水浸泡可以去除榨菜中的盐分;

3、里脊肉切丝装碗中加入少许淀粉、蚝油、生抽、胡椒粉等调味料搅拌均匀腌制3分钟左右;

4、分别将浸泡过的榨菜切丝、黑木耳切丝、美人椒切小段备用;

5、煤气灶开火,锅烧热后倒入适量的食用油,待油烧至六七成热时放入美人椒小火慢慢翻炒;

6、翻炒至美人椒表面微微变色时加入用调味料腌制过的肉丝一起大火快速翻炒;

7、大火翻炒15秒左右后肉丝表面开始变色;

8、待肉丝表面变色后加入提前煸炒过的榨菜丝、黑木耳一起翻炒;

小贴士:
1、榨菜咸味较重,用清水浸泡可以减少盐分,吃起来才不咸;
2、蚝油、生抽都有咸味,腌制肉不需要再额外加盐;
3、肉丝入锅后不宜炒太久,炒久了吃起来口感发柴;
